Kim Kardashian, wore prosthetic makeup to transform her face on the show. The reality star also wore a set of bad fake teeth, a curly, frizzy black wig, and thick-framed glasses to further hide her identity.
The end result? Kim's alter-ego Cynthia, who looks remarkably like America Ferrera's character Betty on series Ugly 2006 Betty.
